Complete legally binding terms governing use of the tk11bd platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the tk11bd website accessible at tk11bd.pro, including all associated pages, features, games, betting markets, and services.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise interacts with the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User upon successful completion of the registration process.

2. Eligibility and Registration

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. tk11bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage and to suspend any account pending verification. If a User is found to be under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all bets placed will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original funding source after deducting any bonus credits received.

2.2 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. tk11bd is not liable for losses arising from outdated or incorrect information provided by the User. False registration information may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one active Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. tk11bd employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

3. Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk11bd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Bangladesh mobile banking and wallet services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Internet banking transfers from supported Bangladeshi banks may also be available. The Platform reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum transaction limits are displayed within the Account section at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification tier.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within five minutes to standard mobile wallet addresses. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, scheduled maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required. tk11bd reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on tk11bd are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If funds arrive in an alternative currency due to the intermediary payment system, they will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. The Platform is not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.5 Prohibited Transaction Sources

You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. You must not use the Platform to process, transfer, or launder funds obtained through illegal activity. Any Account suspected of involvement in money laundering or other financial crime will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive structures offered by tk11bd are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Where there is a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports bets) are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the bonus credit and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

tk11bd takes a strict approach to bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using betting strategies specifically designed to exploit promotional terms; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be closed and balances forfeited.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

tk11bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time and without advance notice. The Platform also reserves the right to retrospectively review bonus activity and to reverse any credits, withdrawals, or winnings associated with promotional abuse or violation of these terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

tk11bd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted subject to the Platform's rules for each specific sport, league, or game type. Accepted bets are confirmed by a unique bet reference number displayed within your Account activity log. Verbal or informal confirmations are not binding on the Platform.

6.2 Pricing Errors

In the event that an error results in a bet being accepted at a materially incorrect price — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors and technical faults — tk11bd reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's Account. The Platform is not obligated to honour bets placed at palpably incorrect odds.

6.3 Match and Event Integrity

tk11bd monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match fixing, event manipulation, or corruption. Where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the result of an event on which a bet has been placed has been influenced by corrupt activity, tk11bd reserves the right to withhold settlement of any related bets pending investigation and, if appropriate, to void such bets entirely.

6.4 Responsible Use of Games

All casino games offered on the Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Past results do not influence future results. tk11bd does not guarantee that the use of any strategy, system, or betting pattern will produce a profit. All games involve an element of chance and financial loss is always possible.

The Platform's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

10. Platform Availability

tk11bd endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, server outages, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. tk11bd will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable. The Platform shall not be liable for losses arising from periods of unavailability.

11. Amendments to These Terms
